KFC Castle Gate Waterkloof Ridge

I normally dont complain and will always give credit when it is due... Tonight we went to KFC at Castle Gate shopping Centre to buy take aways... We like this store but it was the second time in a row that we bought food there and the order was not completed, or items was left out... The previous time we did not receive gravy with the Streetwise Three and pap, tonight when we arrived home our order was 3 x streetwise Three with pap p, 1 x Streetwise 3 with chips... And Sprinkle pops... Because of what happened the previous time we just had a peek into the bag and saw there was gravy in... When we got home there was only one tub of gravy in the bag that was not even filled like in a quarter of the bowl... And the Sprinkle pops did not have spices... It seems to me that if members make use of the drive-through the staff dont tell the people when they have run out of items and people just take their order in good faith.... From now on I will check my that my whole order is in the bag before I leave the que.... Holding up the line if necessary
