KFC CASTLE GATE :(((

KFC CASTLE GATE I don’t know how this KFC is still in business. They are always awful, always terrible service and pretty much useless, excuse the bad word. Last time they had NO FILLETS for burgers. So then when I ordered a family feast they said they have NO CHICKEN PIECES. At KFC?? So I said, what can I order? Eventually they made a plan with limited chicken pieces.

I made the mistake of going again today. The lady at the intercom keeps saying “hellooo hellooo hellooooo what is your order”, if you want people to know the menu BEFORE they get to the box, put the menu BEFORE the box. We said “we’re just looking quickly”, 2 seconds later when we were ready, she was gone. Eventually when she is back and we order the all in one feast she says “there is no such meal”. So we say “6 pieces, chips, 2 mash, coleslaw”, no she says, no such meal. I am looking at that meal on your website right now, since when don’t you have it.
