KFC cashier bulling and robbing little children of money

I sent my kids into a KFC to order a take away meal at KFC Rosebank. When my sons approached the counter to be served the , male cashier ('Lesiba') wearing a red t-shirt at the time(12h25 , 11Aug2018) immediately asked my son for tip . My son had not even placed an order . This scared my sons as this was not a norm. They were not sure what to do.. They then proceeded to place their order. In completion on taking the order , Cashier , 'Lesiba' demanded that my son give him a tip immediately. My son handed over a R5 coin as he felt sacred for himself and his little brother that was also with him. This left them feeling scared, violated and bul**** as they know that this behavior is not the norm when buying food or anything. This kind of behavior warranted speaking directly to the owner , but when I called the branch demanding to speak to the owner of the store , they were not keen to give me the owners telephone number.
