kfc Case resolved after no contact Kgomotso Mpelo??

I sent a complaint to KFC customer care on 27 OCT. Expired and bad smelling coleslaw, mash and gravy not sealed spilled all over bottom of bag and lady at drive through window loudly chewing gum with her mouth open....disgusting. It is the KFC on Knysna road in George. Seem to have many problems here as have never had at the mall or york street kfc. Anyway on 29 October received this message:

"KFC Customer Case would like to thank you for your valuable interaction. Case CAS-509106-D4T0T5 has now been resolved. Your Case was resolved by Kgomotso Mpelo"

No one ever contacted me so I would like to find out how this was resolved??? For some reason many times over the last while I see staff at this kfc chewing gum. Perhaps a kfc standard? Next time I go in I am going to make sure to film so that I can put all over social media especially George locals. I am very upset that a completely unresolved case was said to be resolved beware kfc are *****!
