I understand that certain days of the month can get particular busy. Especially toward month end. However quality should be non negotiable when it comes to food. I hate complaining but when need be, you should.

Instead of getting served the beautifully crispy, soft and juicy chicken that KFC is known for, my family got served tough to chew, stringy chicken. Needless to say what the result of eating that chicken was the next day (rushing to the loo).
