KFC CARNIVAL MALL

We went to KFC Carnival Mall 22/04/2015 went through drive through placed our order and then we were told to go and stand in parking area they are making small burgers that you choose with the family meal they will bring our order will be about 2min there were few people waiting then they got there food and after 20min i told my husband i am going to ask what is going on when we got to the door it was locked and they were cleaning and then i showed them we did not get our food they looked and then they started packing in bag then i did not want the food i insisted to have my money back after a fight i received my money i will never support them again because i think that is very bad service if you foreget to give your customer food when they have paid for it
