KFC Carletonville, Well Done!

Just want to relate my Experience at Carletonville KFC. As you know, waiting is mostly a problem. Busy times equals busy lines with as many as 15 cars before you reach the Order terminal which wasn't evem working. However, knowing that systems do fail, and having empathy for that, arriving at the Pay Point the cashier called Asisipho went out of her way to explain any questions I had. Her spirited and accomodating attitude changed my irritability to understanding. Leaving her window even more happy than you might think. Shout out to Carletonville KFC(Cnr of Ada and Osmium) for great service allowing patrons to leave there happy and with a bag full of fresh scrumptious Colonel Sanders Goodies. Thanks Asisipho. You certainly refresh any negative experience anyone has visiting KFC. There should be more of you!
