Kfc capricorn in southern suburbs western cape. Took 1.5 hours to complete my order of six cones. No way to get out if drivethrough so had to wait, stuck in drivethrough where each vehicle took 20min to be serviced. **********. Staff non responsive flirting with customers and ignoring others. Atrocious service across the board at this kfc. Management should be ashamed.
