KFC Capricorn has the worst service

I am a regular KFC client and I've visited your Capricorn Park branch, in Steenberg, on numerous occasions because of convenience. Unfortunately I have to say that the service of the staff is pathetic and I am disgusted. I had to wait for my order for more than 30 minutes on all occasions and we would only be 3 or max 5 clients waiting. If I request where my order is, then the cashiers would be disrespectful or ignore me completely and more than once I have requested my money back only to be given my order immediately. Then what was the 30 min hold up? Something has to be done because this branch is giving the rest of the KFC franchises a bad reputation!!.
