KFC cape gate - poor service

It has happened a few times that I get to the window to order and they almost never have stock of certain items. the last time that I went there I was told that there is no milk shakes and only ice cream. except the fact that I had to wait in line for more than half an hour and its suppose to be faster than going into the shop there was only one lady working the order station and the payment station.
