KFC CANT BE BOTHERED ABOUT CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS
ON 13TH APRIL I PUT A COMPLAINT ON HELLO PETER ABOUT BAD SERVICE AND DISGUSTING FOOD FROM KFC AND THEY HAVE NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO RESPOND TO ME OTHER THAN A OBVIOUSLY COMPUTER GENERATED REPLY TO SAY THAT THE COMPLAINT HAS BEEN RESOLVED - WHAT ABSOLUTE NONSENSE - IS THIS THEIR WAY OF DODGING ACTUALLY SPEAKING TO A CUSTOMER WHO IS NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR BAD QUALITY FOOD AND BAD SERVICE!!!! NO THANKS WE WILL NEVER BUY KFC AGAIN! THE USA IS WHERE GENUINE KFC CAN BE BOUGHT NOT IN SOUTH AFRICA!!!
