KFC cannot produce

KFC sells chicken but does not have chicken and they are open for 24hrs.

Very disappointed in the service received at your Bellville Branch. Being it after 10pm we decided to use the drive thru only to find out once we were able to order that there was no chicken, only fillets. This was such an inconvenience as we had to stay in the line with no where to go as we were stuck. I feel like they should have someone standing at the entrance informing us that there is no chicken or at least have a notice up. This is unacceptable for such a fast food service supposedly to be open 24hrs.
