KFC cannot deliver on they say or you pay for

I ordered a meal, streetwise mix(trans #16602) from KFC Meadowdale and asked for a stoney zero(fountain) as my drink.

When I get back to the office to eat I find that the stoney zero is actually sparkling water.

I call back and all the person on the other line asks is do you want to order something.

Already no "swag bag" was given as advertised due to no stock, but I also do not get the drink I paid for.

Its been one of the quickest way to get a meal close to the office, but never again.
