KFC canceled order

I placed an order at about 16h50 today at KFC Newton Park in PE. At 17h25 I received a message saying the order has been canceled, but to no worry as the transaction would be reversed! I used a virtual card. No information regarding Tat for the refund infact, it shouldn't take that long because if you cancel my order surely you should provide a reason or ensure the funds are refunded as soo as possible so I can place another order elsewhere!! No response from kfc after I sent an email and a message. Their call centre number rings forever!!
