KFC Canal Walk

Bought KFC streetwise 3 in Canal walk,asked to make one piece masala, after my order was taken and I paid they said there is no masala spice so they asked if I will take the crisp amd I said ok. After seating down to eat,I discovered that the crisp piece was still raw, I took it back and informed them. They had a stinking attitude of saying that the crispy pieces are like they that, to which I rep**** that I didn't order half cooked chicken. I then informed them that I will report it on their website to which they retorted that you wont get free meals they dnt do that any more. I will never set my foot in a kfc again after this bad service.
