KFC can go get Plucked!

Petroport N2 Durban. I stop just after 10am to buy a breakfast with coffee to be told there is no coffee. That is a deal breaker, so no problem I go to the other Petroport. I get there at about 10h20 and the door is closed as they are repairing a railing inside the store and have no keys to open the side door. No problem, I will wait as they do have coffee. At about 10h35 they are done but the manager won't open the door as she says they are still busy doing more repairs. But that didn't take place. At about 10h40 I'm in but now they say the breakfast menu is over. I explain that I was there in time and was asked to be patient. Now she is not willing to help. I contact the complaints via phone to be sent 2 sms's, one thanking me for making them aware of the problem and another telling me the issue is now resolved. What a joke! What a waste of time and effort.
