KFC cambridge

Wrote a review on KFC Camridge. Got what seemlike a automated response with a customer care email. Emailed details of the unsatisfactory food received with pictures and got a ref no. It's been 3 weeks and no response. Tried to call and phone just rings anyhow. It is the worst KFC being drenched in oil and food tasting as if it were 2 days old. Bought from another outlet and the difference is night and day. They should be ashamed of the food they serve their customers.
