Kfc caltex mosselbay worst service ever

Ordered online went to store to collect like we always do! And when we came there they told us they cant find my order, but some other non white people online orders they could find! They were so arrogant. Then they told us we need to wait for about 20 min so that they can look for the order. We waited after 20 min they came back and said they cant find it. By that time i already ordered the same order twice online! Then they said we have to order instore. We did and then i had to pay more and they couldn’t even compensate me for waiting 40 min for assistance! Worst service ever!
