KFC

Hi Please I need assistance, I bought food at KFC Vanderbijlpark last month I was charged twice I went inside and made them aware the manager said it will reflect tomorrow morning if not I must come back.

I never got the money I went to the store again found another manager and she said it will take 24 hours I must wait.

I waited the whole weekend on Monday I went back found another manager and told her I still haven't received my money and she told me to submit my bank statement and the receipt I did exchanged numbers she called after 2 days to check if I had received my money I said no it turns out she forgot to send out the email to the Head Office.

I went back to the store I found the first manager that was assisting me before she apologized and said she will make sure the email is sent. Two days after she asked for my card number as asked her to forward me the emails from Head Office.

She did forward the emails and I sent my card number. I waited for a month NOTHING two days ago I sent the an email and they said that on their record it shows that I was debited once.

So I'm clueless on what to do next because they don't to pay me back.
