KFC

I ordered on the kfc app and they sent my order with a Uber driver and that guy stole my food and cancelled the order when I phone kfc they said they will refund me but up till now I didn't get my refund. Plus there customer service was so rude to us over the phone. All this happened last month and now it's the 27th m I still didn't get my refund
