Kfc

I'm so dissapointed! I placed a order on the kfc with kfc Millerton. That was at 13h35... 7th feb 2022. It's 5 hours later and not kfc Millerton or customer care can figure out what happened to my order but the money was successfully debited from my account. Such a big company can't sort out 1 order that went missing??? So dissapointing
