the big KFC in Butterworth has impeccable service, where as the one just across the road sucks big time. We generally buy from this one and I have in 7 years not had any problems with the store.

I bought from the other one about 3 times in the past and every time something was wrong with my order. You should actually send someone in there to see how things are run in the 2 stores (the big one, you will always see the manager present and is not too scared to also fill in when it is busy). The staff is always friendly and even though you know they have been hectically busy, they always smile and never show how exhausted they must feel.

The smaller one opposite the road from them, you hardly ever see the manager and staff are very unfriendly.
