KFC busy focusing on wedding and neglecting their core business customer service

I am writing this review with so much disappointment. The service I received at KFC Mokopane Thabo Mbeki Street on Saturday 23 Nov was beyond pathetic.

On our way to Pretoria, we went to the drove through to buy food for the road, we placed our order on the telecom and proceeded to make our payment, when we arrived, the lady at the window totally ignored us. She carried on taking orders on her headsets and did not even acknowledge our presence there though the engine was running. We waited there for a good ten minutes or so until I started to complaing and without greeting us she just turned and looked us and told us she has just 1 machine working (that wansnt out problem and had she acknowledged us and asked us to wait as she explained her problem, waiting wasn't gonna be an issue) so fast forward we payed and proceeded to take our order where we asked for the manager on duty, she came to the window and as I was explaining she asked for my name and number and just dismissed me by saying she will sort it out and give me a call ( that was Sat 23 Nov today its Tue night 26 Nov I haven't received a call). Took my order and as we were driving out I realized we didn't have tomato sauce for the fries and when I asked I was told that they ran out. I parked the car and walked inside and asked for the manager again explaining to her that if things are not working or finished why are we not told in advance? Imagine making a uturn from the N1 because of an incomplete order only to be told that they "ran out" they didn't receive their order. They then gave me a small container and a whole bottle of ketchup. So they have a plan incase they scahets are not there but the plan is not made available to customers and there is no communication about their predicament. The manager also looked very uninterested and looked like she just wanted to dismiss me.

I'm very heart broken by that service, I love KFC but everytime I think of grabbing something that service I received just plays back.
