Kfc Business hours

Business hours on the door state that you are open until 23:00 on Friday and Saturdays. I walked in at 22:20 Friday evening, the front end of the shop already halfway full with s******s and I was told that I need to join the drive through queue ( which is not flowing). You as a business choose to display you business hours. Stick with it if you display it! I ordered food through the delivery service the other night ( I live less than a km from KFC.) Was told food will be delivered in 30 minutes. Hour and 10 later after phoning the food arrives. You set the times - stick with it or take it off.
