Kfc burnt meat

Kfc deinfern provided me with burnt meat ,I sent picture evidence to there social media team ,yet I was refused a refund or a voucher. The agent i spoke to over the phone told me all I can do is accept and apology and move on. This is a traumatic experience for me and my kids
