KFC Burnet street are *******

On the 28th of February 2022 I ordered 9pc bucket and 6pc nuggets from KFC Hatfield (Burnett street 0860 10* ***) but I did not receive my order and I kept receiving messages that I got my order. On the same day I spoke to customer service and I was told that there is nothing that they can do but to refund my money and I was told that the refund process takes about 3-5 working days. Its been 7 days and still nothing has happened.
