KFC BRYANSTON POOR SERVICE AND UNSKILLED STAFF !!

PATHETIC SERVICE! KFC Bryanston has less than a year in operation but they have untrained staff! They made me buy with my voucher and when I wanted to pay the difference between my food order and the voucher value they informed me that I unfortunately can't and they did not know the process of reversing the voucher so they told me I must phone head office and that was on a Sunday, meaning I had to wait till the following day to inquire about my voucher. When I asked tor the head office number, none of the staff knew either and I had to Google the number myself.

I walked out of the store with no voucher and no food!! At this rate, Nandos
