KFC broadacres

We ordered the family feast at KFC Broadacres and we ordered 2 mash and gravy as extra but they didn't add it to our order and they still had an attitude that it wasn't on the system on their side but it's not our fault. It's the lady who placed our order They ended up delivering our mash and gravy
