KFC Broad street Durban horrible service from cashier Thembi

KFC Broad street in West street Durban 🚮🚮 Horrible service received from the cashier Thembi, I had to greet her first and they don't greet back, taking wrong orders and shouting at customers like they are small children that don't listen. Please teach those old mama's customer service or better yet get young enthusiastic people who know customer service and hospitality.
