KFC BRITS(FRIUT AND VEG) BAD SERVICE

This is not the first time that I have received bad service at this KFC, but it needs to be addressed now. I ordered a street wise 2 with pap. After waiting 15 minutes my number 146 was skipped and 147 was called. I went to the counter and was then told that they dont have any pap. After 15 minutes they realize there is no pap. What a joke. Then they wanted to give me an extra piece of chicken or a cold drink for free. Is this how they keep bad service ratings not to be posted. I asked for the manager and this also took forever. If this is the service they are giving then it will be best no close as service is not their priority
