KFC BRITS TWIN CITY (TWI - KSA 120)

I am really disappointed with the ladies at KFC twin city shopping center Brits, they took my slip after paying and didn’t say anything I thought they were confirming my order,then when they were returning it I asked one of them what were they doing with my slip because I saw them scanning it and the other one responded by saying they are doing a “GS” and I asked what’s that she said she doesn’t know how to explain it, when I got home I wanted to do the survey and it says already done now I am asking myself who’s details did they put in and why did they rate their service with my slip without my permission. I am really disappointed. I am also asking myself who’s details did they put for the competition of 5000, that’s why we never win any competition with you it is because your employees are ****ming us that is totally wrong
