worst experience of my life at this restaurant. We were waiting for more than 40 minutes just to get served and you need to hire new staff the current have no understanding of customer services and customer centric experience. After we waited for almost an hour just to get served we got irrate and asked for the manager who also was not at all willing to assist and was making excuses for the staff bad behavior. You are loosing customers over you pathetic staff and I am happy to take my experience to head quaters if I no joy. I have footage of no at the till for a long time and customer waiting and waiting
