KFC Brentwood park poor service

I placed an order online by KFC Brentwood park at 11:35am online through Mr D that was to be my lunch at work as of latly to find out they delivered a wrong order l did not place l followed had no help till 15:20pm still had not got my ordered the managers at KFC l was in contact with had no sense of urgency at all they seemed not to care up until l gave up my order. This is so disturbing and l will never ever in my entire life order from KFC as a whole I'm disgusted by the type of service they gave me... :(
