KFC BRAND PUT TO SHAME

on the 3rd of Dec 2019 I went to KFC Boksburg and their food and services was realy shocking. I got to the counter and I was assisted by Precious, I ordered a wrapsta meal(my daughter's favourite) and Preciously rudely told me that their soda machine was broken and that if i want the meal i must order it with a buddy. i did not agree to this as it was inconveniencing and there was no notice/sign on the machine advising customers of the same. so she sarcastically called out her superior Promise who came to the counter and to my surprised she was also not aware of this predicament but she bluntly told me that it was also not her fault that the machine was broken and that if i want to buy the meal i should purchase it with the buddy or leave it.. so ended up buying the meal with a buddy for a takeaway and as my daughter was hungry. i was disappointed to discover that the wrap that came with the meal had no letice and cheese very disapponting indeed. the manner in which my situation was handled it was shocking and highly unacceptable and their level of customer service is giving the KFC brand a bad name.
