Kfc Brakpan no customer service after you get half your order

Its now the 3rd time i have used there drivevthru and when you get home half the order is not there, they dont answer there phones and you cant reach there customer care. If they do it with every customer they make big money, i lost about R300 on my 3 visits. There google review is also bad but it seems there management doesnt care.
