kfc brakpan horrible delivery service

weve placed an order on friday afternoon just after 5. weve phoned approximately 5 times following up on the order and confirming the adress. after 7 that evening people across the street also order from them and received their delivery. the delivery bike stopped at the stop street. we litterally had to run after him asking about our order. our order was in the bike with the wrong delivery adress. we got our food ice cold and soggy.

worst ever service from them. how many times do you have to phone and follow up and give the delivery adress and still they dont seem to get it right and then you have to pay that amount for cold soggy food. no email adress available
