KFC Brackenfell Bad Mannered & Unprofessional Staff

I walked into KFC Brackenfell this morning with my wife for breakfast.

Till operator was very rude, not polite nor welcoming.

We placed our order and sat down, when the order was ready she rudely yelled at our number without even looking at us as we were the only ones there.

I gently went to collect the order, sat down and before even opening, the hash-brown wrap was untidily wrapped with tomato sauce dripping.

We opened the wraps and inside the hash-brown was cut in half (not sure where the missing portions on both wraps went to)

Anyway, we went to request a cancellation of the order and a refund a it's our customer right to do so if we're not satisfied with the service/product.

The lady who assisted us had apparently gone for lunch already - it was at 10am at the time.

Supervisors came to the counter and interrogated us. We told them to give us a refund, we will go somewhere else and they went on and on.

I decided, they can keep the money and the food as we are leaving and didn't want start a commotion or argument.

There were witnesses around there who saw what we had a problem and even laughed when the operator rudely yelled at the order.
