KFC Braamfontein is a big ripoff bad customer Service.

KFC Braamfontein, i’ve always been ordering here and their service recently has been atrocious. Last night i ordered via the Mr D food delivery Service and i ordered the Colonel’s Collection for R273.90 and dunked wings on the side, instead of getting the described items on the menu we just got two plain burgers and 4 cokes For that amount is Ridiculous and this is the 2nd time they sending out the wrong order i dont know if they keeping our orders for themselves because we not there physically to check our orders. I still have my receipts and bad reviews on Mr D as proof of bad service. Mr D is no help at all also at such situations.

So everyone be aware that KFC Braamfontein keeps some of the food you ordered online for themselves instead of delivering it. They have definitely lost me as a customer.
