KFC Braamfontein

I went to KFC Braamfontein on the 17/01/2021 @ 19:41pm We ordered the streetwise remix, but was told that they do not have any earphones, as advertised on TV. I queried this with the attendant taking the order and she said that the branch never received any earphones.

This is the second time I have been told this from the Braamfontein branch.

Why advertise the special if only certain branches were provided with the special, or is this just false advertising to try and get more business (especially with the Chicken Licken across the road)???

Food is awful, chicken so oily and undercooked.
