KFC Bp Meadowlands

If I could rate negatively I would. I have never had such a terrible experience with a restaurant in my entire life. My partner ordered food from KFC BP Meadowlands via the KFC app. After finishing the order, it stated that it would be delivered within 30 minutes. After waiting for more than 2 hours, while contacting both the store and the delivery man(to no avail) we still did not received our food. After two whole hours. I personally waited outside my house for the delivery guy and not even a bicycle showed up. After failing to find a solution with the store and delivery team I contacted the KFC customer care line (which was extremely helpful by the way) who decided to refund my partner. Although that is great, we are left hungry because we really had hope that our food would be delivered.
