KFC BP MEADOWLANDS

On Thursday 23 November on my way to work ,I stopped at KFC BP @MEADOWLANDS. I was assisted buy a lady to order from the kiosk, I ordered only to find out the chicken and the wings were not yet ready .THE chicken will be out in 15 minutes I requested a refund as I was gonna be late for work. they told me they cant do a refund on the kiosk . I must send my details , account no and last for digits of the account. I did send after 4 days today I made a follow up .now they want a statement its confidential document ? they confirmed that the money is reflecting. KFC is now treating me as I am opening an account. I JUST WANT MY REFUND i gave you my details .
