KFC BP Lenasia South extremely bad service and very disappointing food

I WENT TO KFC BP LENASIA SOUTH, I ORDERED THE NINE PIECE A DOUBLE CRUNCH BURGER AND A COLENAL BURGER AND A 20 PIECE DUNKED WINGS...AFTER WAITING SO LONG I RECEIVED MY ORDER. UPON CHECKING THE NINE PIECE ONLY TO FIND THAT THE CHICKEN WAS ONLY DEEPFRIED WITH NO ORIGINAL KFC BATTER....even the crunch burger was a crunch burger but just a normal pattie. And on top of everything the manager and Tsepiso had such an attitude and was so rude as if they were doing a favour to do their job. This is highly disapointing based on the promises made be KFC on how the food should be, people if u read this please check ur food before u take it cos u pay for it.
