KFC, BP Garage Meadowlands

The shop must just be closed, its the second time I ordered and parcel is not delivered but a certain amount in my account was debited, the money is not even 100% recovered. Their uber drivers will always claim that they arrived whilst no one showed up, at the shop they said order is cancelled yet on the app it shows that order is on the way. I've ordered before and no driver got lost. This is becoming a norm and one day all of them will pay for their ********* behavior. I cannot claim my money from the app because order which was supposed to arrive at 18:10 is still on the way😡
