KFC - Boxloser

I purchased 2 Boxmasters amongst other items in the drive through take away at the KFC Tokai branch on the 12 November 2019. When I arrived at home, not surprisingly, both Boxmasters didn't have hash browns as prescribed. One without a hash brown could be a mistake but both? If there were no hash browns they should have told me and I would understand and maybe changed my order. But short supply on an item paid is a big no. Something so basic and simple that ruins the brand. Please look into this and investigate the management of that branch and I'd like to be compensated for this.
