KFC Bothasig - the rudest experiece

Kfc bothasig, i have had enough!!! There a too many incidents to put in one mail. its so rude how they deal with their own ***** ups. I was on more than one occasion given the wrong coldrink without even asking or telling me. One day i get there and they say theres no ice cream, 2 days later i return and theres no ice cream again, i speak to the manager and he says load shedding is messing with their machine which i accepted, i go back now on a day where our area is not load shedding at all and guess what, no freaking ice cream. On another occassion a item was left out of my meal because they never had anymore in stock, wen i confronted the manager he said i can have anything for the same value, there was nothing for the same value that i wanted so i chose something for R3 more, he did not accept my choice so i told him to **** himself and keep it to which he responded **** you too. This is completely disgusting , i officially hate kfc Bothasig. One day not too long a ago Nandos drive thru forgot my kiddies wings, when i returned i got a brand new meal and a free dessert, i left there happy because they showed remorse. This KFC has major issues that need to be adressed.
