KFC Bothasig - rude and ***********

<p>I was going to let this go, but I'm actually very upset right now. I've just been to the Bothasig drive through. The cashier made an error on my order. She was supposed to give me the cooldrink at a discounted price as it came with a streetwise meal, which she didn't. I have no issue with her making a mistake, but when I asked about the price I was told it was because I didn't ask for my meal in the right order (I ordered extra sauce but asked for the sauce before the cooldrink, so she couldn't add the cooldrink to the meal...by the way KFC, if that is your policy it is beyond ridiculous). She was incredibly rude about changing the order, making it very clear how irritated SHE was. I told her to rather leave the order unchanged. It was clearly asking too much to fix her own mistake for a paying customer. I'm not concerned about the extra few rands it cost me, but this is not the first time I've experienced pathetic service from their cashiers. This branch will not be seeing me again.</p>
