KFC BOKSBURG LEEUWPOORT ROAD IS PATHETIC

Your kfc store in Boksburg town on Leeuwpoort road is Pathetic. we went into the store and it is Moth end. there is only 1 Cashier and the store is full. we stood in a line for almost and hour just to place an order. when i called the manager Thuli to Complain she rolled her eyes at me and acted as if i am the wrong party for complaining. instead of fixing the problem she defended the staff. she then just turned around and went back into her office instead of opening up a till and assisting the customers. they are lazy because that store is filthy the bathrooms smell bad they don't clean the tables and they don't sweep or mop the floor. every other kfc that i walk into is clean there is always someone cleaning the tables and mopping the floor the place smells nice the staff in that store is busy chasing all your customers away. this used to be a very good store the staff used to be friendly and efficient. but know they are all angry even the manager has a bad attitude. next time i will rather driver further to get good service or go somewhere else. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS> VERY PATHETIC
