KFC BLUVALLEY - HORROR FOOD AND SERVICE

<p>on numerous occassions i went to the Kfc in Bluvalley (Centurion) during my lunch to get some takeaways.</p> <p>1) i went to buy wings - came back to the office to find wings that looked like they were so old and fried with oil that was used for over 3 years.</p> <p>2) i bought the crunchy meal burger - the chips were burnt, worst part the buns were so stale it was pointless to try eat the burger.</p> <p>3) i bought the hawaaian burger meal, the chips looked like i was given some left over crumbs, but then the burger had no sauce, just some hard chicken inside, a pineapple and lettuce. that was it!!! nothing more!!</p> <p>Today (16/06/2016) after a very long time, i was near this KFC and decided it might just be a lucky day...and so i decided to buy the hawaiaan twister, when i saw that it is R42, i asked how much the meal was the lady at drivethru said "i dont know hey, sorry", i expressed my shock amd she eventually screamed across the room to find out how much the hawaian meal was and suprisingly, no one knew. and so i decided to change my order to wings, that is i was told that the twister was ready. i decided to not complicate things and i said its fine i will take it. as i took out my card to pay, this lady gave me the card machine and ;eft the window. and now what was that. i was stuck there with a machine in my hand not able to help myself and so i decided to wait for her to come assist. she eventually returned and processed the transaction and then i proceeded to collect the order that "ready for collection". when i got to the window, there was no one, waited for some minutes, a lady approached checking what i ordered and she said the order is still being packed and she will have it for me. i still waited and waited until i was pretty much fed up and decided to park the car and get inside to ask for my money. funny thing is, even at that time when i askled where such "ready to collect order" was, no one could produce it. i got my money back and left. this kfc is the worst..today i received the worst service from ordering point to collection point. how do you call this service delivery when you have horrible staff, when your food quality constantly deteriorate?</p> <p> </p>
