Kfc bluedowns

We went to buy a 9pc for 114 only to find out when we were eating with my friend s that the pieces were short,when we went to query and asked for the Manager we were referred to lowinah (which we believe is not even the Manager but they wanted to get us out of the way)..they argued that pieces we 9 of which were not and we only find our when we were already eating at the parking....
