KFC Blue Route

I had to get some supp**** from the mall and my wife and kids advised they were and hungry, we headed to kfc, and my wife ordered and paid for thier meals, sat down and like everyone else unwrapped their meals and started eating. My realised theres something not rite with the chips, it was hard, cold, burnt and tasted funny.

She immediately took the chips back and was met with a whole attitude by the so called manager, who even told my wife that the chips was not suitable for consumption but yet they were selling this chips all day, and only when we approached them, he all of a sudden decided not sell hot chips to any customers and instead substituted them for mash and gravy.

My concerne is this, if you know theirs something wrong with the product why still sell it to people eapecially consumables....mind you my wife is pregnant. This is unacceptable from KFC Blue Route
